What you’ll do as an Ad Business Sales & Operations Manager with us 💡
You will be the front runner in building our Sales and Operations capabilities within Oda’s advertising business; a case we believe to have massive global potential for value creation and win-win-win solutions for customers, brands/suppliers and our business. In order to reach this ambition you have to develop great understanding of the ad customer base, their needs, as well as dynamics, drivers and barriers for ad sales in the FMCG industry.
You will define our ad platform strategy in close partnership with Product Manager of Ad Platform, and execute this strategy while building and leading our future global ad sales and operations organization, in tight collaboration with local commercial teams.
Key cross functional scope will encompass performance driven development of sales processes and operations, working close with embedded team members from Data & Insight, and working integrated with our Ad Product & Technology team in building, validating, scaling and improving our ad product.

As our ambition is to create world class teams you should have experience in hiring for, and building high performing Ad Sales and Operations teams, and a great network for acquiring best talent.
We believe you need deep strategic and hands-on understanding of the digital ad product, tech and business space, on top of having strong experience with digital / performance based ad sales and operations. We would highly value experience of building up a new advertising business, customer base and sales teams from scratch.
In addition you would require great commercial sense and proven track record of building successful businesses, while having good understanding of the FMCG industry’s sales dynamics, ad buying dynamics and overall needs. In particular you should be well positioned & connected to sell ad products within the FMCG industry in Norway, Finland and/or Germany.
A key way of working in Oda is cross-functional collaboration, and in order to succeed you must work really well with your counterparts in Commercial, Product, Growth, Data & Insight.
