We have an exciting opportunity for a remote, licensed Active Trader Services Representative in the Greater Portland, OR Metro area! While you will work from home, you must reside near the Greater Portland, OR area as occasional in-person participation with your peers is an important part of our culture. We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support. You’ll have full access to work from home capability to support our clients remotely.
As a member of Fidelity’s Active Trader Services team, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment that is focused on enhancing relationships with Fidelity’s most active and sophisticated traders, and therefore have.  In this role, you will complex trading and service needs of these clients. This may include equity, option and margin trading, trading platform and tool navigation, and risk management.  You will help to increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.
Series 7 & 63 required; Series 4 preferred
2-3 years of previous financial services experience
Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
Expertise in equity and option trading, and margin
Ability to teach clients how to use the Fidelity trading tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively influence others
Robust time management and organization skills
Engage with customers, via inbound calls, which may include providing product and service level guidance, processing transactions to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests
Deliver efficient and responsive resolutions for various client situations  
Uncover opportunities and identify solutions and services that will improve the client’s financial success and partner with the Financial Consultant to further discuss with the client
Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests
Conduct pro-active outbound phone calls to communicate resolutions to the client or secure additional information to close out the request
