The Opportunity:
The Route to Market Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Adobe and support superior execution by the sales organization. You will partner directly with the Global internal and BPO sales teams and ecosystem, reporting into the Senior Manager of Sales Velocity. You will drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the entire Mid Market and SMB Digital Media business. You will think strategically but will also follow through in execution and operations. You can drive detailed analysis but can also synthesize your findings into executive level communications.
