Job Summary:
As part of the Marketing Partnerships, Alliances and Card Services team in Corporate, the Branded Card Services team is responsible for creating and cultivating direct-to-consumer relationships within The Walt Disney Company’s most strategic customer segment. It does so by managing Disney’s co-branded financial products, which serve as a cross-business unit loyalty program.
The Marketing Manager sits within the Acquisition Marketing team and is responsible for creative development, tactic-level execution, forecasting and evaluating performance for the Disney Rewards Credit Cards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing marketing tactics including creative development, test plans, tracking requirements and tactic implementation
- Partnering with creative agencies and internal creative teams to optimize consumer-facing campaigns
- Identifying trends and underlying causes for changes in performance such as site traffic, conversion rates and account approval rate
- Managing reporting for marketing tactics including developing budget for account volume and cost per acquisition
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ of work experience in Marketing and/or Marketing Analytics roles
- Expertise in the functional area (i.e. financial analysis)
- Extremely strong relationship skills due to the need to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external partners
- Strong data analytic skills and comfort working in digital marketing environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Experience in managing and analyzing digital and offline campaigns
- Experience analyzing large amount of data, interpreting data trends and reporting findings in a clear and effective manner, verbal or written, using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
- Experience working with reporting tools, preferably experience with web analytics tools (such as: Adobe, google search console, Optimizely, Content Square)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and advanced features in Excel such as macros and complex formulas
- Strong process orientation
- Proven success of driving results/ability to follow through, creativity & innovation, and priority-setting
- Ability to operate independently while keeping peers, partners, and leader abreast of activities
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related discipline
Preferred Education
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline is a plus
This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
