As an accounts receivable coordinator, you’ll ensure our payment process runs smoothly and payments are distributed to the correct business areas. You’ll be responsible for applying payments to policies and claims, handling NSF checks and processing disbursements. Additionally, you’ll support your team members and work closely with customers to resolve issues.
Must-have qualifications
High School diploma or GED
One year of experience in an accounting support role
Preferred Skills
Basic computer skills including window-based programs with solid navigational skills
Demonstrated excellent communication and customer service/follow-through skills
Experience in a financial role preferred
General accounting or accounts receivable knowledge
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Lotus notes
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Compensation
$16.50 -$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
