Premier Work Support are pleased to advertise a rewarding opportunity working for our prestigious manufacturing client based in Crawley, who urgently require an Accounts Payable Clerk.
The ideal candidate will have worked previously in an office based administrative environment, have strong data entry skills and an eye for detail.
As part of this role you will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks as you will be working closely with the accounts department.
* Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements.
* Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
* Maintaining historical records.
* Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
* Receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.
* Tracking and recording purchase orders, and processing payments.
This will be a minimum of 3 months work assisting the accounts department while they implement new system updates.
This will be an immediate start with the hours of work being - Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 16:55pm, and Fridays, 8:45am to 16:25pm.
