Job Description
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities of the team
- Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
- Provide guidance to the team to Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles ae followed all across the clients
- Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audits of clients
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure appropriate practices are followed to improve efficiency and internal processes
- Ensure that the quality of client service delivery is maintained and constantly review to improvise the quality of deliverables
- Recruit and hire new employees
