Accounting Specialist / Financial Operations Specialist MVH - AR

St. Charles, MO

This role will operate within a team environment to perform the daily, monthly, and annual tasks outlined above to ensure accounts are accurately stated, the timely collection of Accounts Receivable, and the accurate posting of cash to customer accounts. Along with working SalesForce cases and supporting customer care with Finance questions while participating in a call rotation.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting, or a High School diploma (or equivalent) required in addition to 3 years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.

• Basic Accounting skills: Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.  Must be organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced and changing environment. Intermediate Excel Skills required. Previous sales tax experience would be a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Post Cash from ACH, EFT, Lockbox & Other Manual Deposits, Credit Card Receipts & Update HighRadius Daily Cash Report, Reviews Unapplied Payment Report daily and applies unapplied payments
• Works with Sales & Supply teams through customer disputes
• Review Aging Reports and Perform Collections Activities to resolve Past Due Accounts
• Works / Updates General Mailbox Inquiries, SalesForce Cases, and calls as received
• Works with Sales & Supply teams through disputes
• Additional projects and tasks as assigned
