We seek Account Managers / experts in Public Sector - In Managed Services and in Staffing and sourcing.

I’m looking for hunters. (hard sales from existing accounts and new clients.)

I’m also looking Pre-Sales experts.

I’m also looking for Solution Architect Pre-Sales in Specialized Sales (trade, managed services and staffing & solutions); ALL DUTCH speakers.

All three above need Fluent DUTCH language.

Can be permanent employment and/or freelance in Belgium.

Salary; CIRCA 55/80k EUR/year OTE 150 - 300k EUR uncapped commission; this is all SALES related, commission related.

The sky is the limit and this is why this opportunity is a good one.

You will not be limited to 1 area. Or 1 tech stack or 1 customer, or 1 platform, this is FREEDOM to sell at the highest level.

What great about number 1 is that we need hardcore SALES experts who can book meeting with NEW client. You will attack CIO,s CTO’s, Managers in Technology, in Cloud, in Managed Services, you can attack IBM – HP – CISCO, in fact you have free-reign to attack all buying customers or potential customers.

What’s great is that you have no limits.

You book meetings with potential clients and you take senior managers with you who will help you understand their needs, who will translate IT-Tech into sales. You get the meetings ; you will get help to open doors and bring in sales ; this is a commission job.

You will get a car and ALL other / Usual advantages in Belgium. I can share more about that.

DUTCH language is a MUST

What we see here is someone who can sell value.

Sell projects.

Look under the covers and sell more, upsell, cross sell. Fear not ; as you go to meeting with industry experts they will help you uncover what is under the bonnet at each meting and at each customer. You will learn and grow a lot.

You are expected to book at least 6 face to face meting per week.

You are expected to work from/In the office 3 days per week.

You can work from home but why?? You should be in front of customers and you should be hungry, dynamic, curious and with a “go for it” attitude.

Getting meetings is easy. Getting the sell is less easy but this is where you will grow/learn and have the support of your senior inhouse top managers.

They don't want you to sink or swim.

They expect you to hit the phones, book meetings in Belgium - open doors and continue to farm existing clients.

We seek Account Managers / experts in Public Sector - In Managed Services and in Staffing and sourcing.

You will understand the customers pain points. Then you can sell services.

You will be selling; infrastructure, storage, Cloud, the entire Application modernization and storage management (ie, you can offer 24/7 support, with SLA)

Same for all /any security related topics. You/the client/integrator you will work with offer to take a clients problems in house 24/7 for a set fee, peace of mine and so much more.

You sell SOLUTIONS, you sell people, you sell and make commission.

Find pain points – sell solutions.

Datacentres are a big sell.

You need to talk buisness and understand buisness – in a general WAY unless you are an expert in one field. We are also interested in specialised Sales; trade, Managed Services and Staffing & Solutions

Attitude is KEY.

Direct

Polite.

Hunters, we need hunters who want to learn, make money and get in front of senior stakeholder accompany by expert from who you will watch/learn/have fun make money and generally work hard for reward.

You will pitch strategy and roadmaps.

You will leant about ; Observability if you don’t know that already.

AI.

TECHNOLOGY and the other areas already mentioned.

Follow up on all past meetings and on any project you sold. Repeat buisness is KEY, follow up also.

You will also push internally once a project is in the doors. Why ;l because you are passionate to know what’s going on, why, because your commission is tied into this.

Chase opportunity.

Go to trade fairs, make contacts. Shoot for goals every day – eventually goals will follow. Goals as in results!

Good Dutch speaking hardcore SALES people wanted at all levels.
