Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned portfolio.
  • Owns and is accountable for the retention, profitability and growth interaction with our customers.
  • Coordinates the involvement of Agiito & Events employees, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint Agiito strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Agiito Employees.
  • Ensure completion of annual on-line mandatory training on data protection, information security and financial crime. Develop understanding of cyber risk and threat by reading and engaging in communications and awareness training from the business.
  • Responsible for understanding and upholding the information security policies
  • Hold invoke rights to the contracted work area recovery sites ensuring you are confident in the process, procedures and triggers for invocation (BCP)

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years account management or new business sales experience in a business-to business sales environment.
  • Travel industry experience desired but not essential PC proficiency – MS Office.
