ENGIE are recruiting for a Account Manager to be based in and around the Northwest, East Midlands or North Wales . This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package. Flexible location
What will you deliver?
- Financial accountability for the performance of the contract
- Establish, operate and maintain procedures for the effective planning, organisation, control, monitor and review of the services
- Ensure mobile & site based personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as they apply to technical and related services
- Manage the client service delivery over a number of locations, ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner

Who are we looking for?
- Technical background is essential
- Previous Contract Management experience
- Good experience and track record of working in Facilities Management
- Experience of using a CAFM system
