Oversees and coordinates all sales and marketing activities for a significant client or specific client group.

For New Business:

  • Prospecting new business
  • Setting and closing appointments with key decision makers
  • Developing strong client relationships
  • Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions and addressing their needs.
  • Scheduling promotional work and tracking sales activities; quoting prices, preparing proposals and providing information regarding terms and delivery, and negotiating contracts.
  • Developing new business within assigned region or industry
  • Keeping up to date on market trends, competitive software and pricing.
  • Driving the sales process from initial prospecting to opportunity close
  • Adhering to sales governance process

For Existing Accounts:

  • Working directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services to current customers, and ensure customers' needs are met.
  • Servicing existing business and developing strong client relationships
  • Designing processes for informing customer of product updates, upgrades, new functionality any anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
  • Driving the sales process for account growth opportunities from initial requirements gathering and scoping to opportunity close
  • Adhering to sales governance process
