For New Business:
- Prospecting new business
- Setting and closing appointments with key decision makers
- Developing strong client relationships
- Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions and addressing their needs.
- Scheduling promotional work and tracking sales activities; quoting prices, preparing proposals and providing information regarding terms and delivery, and negotiating contracts.
- Developing new business within assigned region or industry
- Keeping up to date on market trends, competitive software and pricing.
- Driving the sales process from initial prospecting to opportunity close
- Adhering to sales governance process
For Existing Accounts:
- Working directly with customers to collect information, sell additional products and services to current customers, and ensure customers' needs are met.
- Servicing existing business and developing strong client relationships
- Designing processes for informing customer of product updates, upgrades, new functionality any anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
- Managing processes for claims, overages, shortages and damages. Following organizational policies and procedures and maintaining clear and direct line of communication within the organization to meet customer requirements.
