Are you an experienced Customer Service Account Manager with outstanding relationship building and customer service skills? If the answer is yes, then we have an exciting Account Manager opportunity that has arisen in Essex due to company expansion. The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, out-going and driven with the ability to provide great customer service and sales support to a busy sales team.

The main focus of the role is to support your sales team by way of liaising with clients and providing them with quotes, problem solving, producing sales documentation, booking in jobs and responding to telephone and email enquiries.

We are looking for someone with good customer care, communication and administrative skills who can work as part of a very busy, fast paced, out-going and vibrant sales team. You will require excellent organisational skills, a professional approach and be able to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative.
