Our internationally operating sales team works in an unsaturated B2B market environment with high demand potential, a wide variety of corporate customers and a highly diversified range of industries. All with close support from our internal marketing and lead development teams. In addition, our well-engineered product leaves enough space for our own ideas and the control over the entire process until the contract is signed - including flexibility, independence and transparent bonus agreements.You can join one of our offices in Berlin, Cologne or Munich, ce anywhere in Germany.
YourResponsibilities
You develop and expand existing customers in the medium and large enterprise segment in the DACH area You identify up- and cross-selling potential and know how to turn this potential into a successful deal You negotiate pricing options and contract extensionsYou present our solution to our existing customers and analyze their needs and requirements You represent Quentic at trade fairs and road shows You keep a clean documentation about your activities in our CRM system and regularly report to our Head of Account Management You collaborate with internal and external partnersYou take responsibility for ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction We offerUnsaturated market environment with growing demand Support from well organized Marketing, Customer Success and Consulting teams Attractive compensation with base salary and transparent bonus with target agreements Company credit card and mobile working as well as home office optionStructured onboarding with support from designated mentors Flat hierarchies with an open door policy and a relaxed yet professional work atmosphere Regular team events and good work life balance (flexible working hours, family friendly office, subsidized gym membership, and others)Your QualificationY ou are an experienced Account Manager in the realm of B2B software sales Terms like buying center, tender and complex consultative sales are familiar to you You combine affinity to technology with interest for topics like health and safety, sustainability, and environmental protection Empathy and outstanding communication and negotiation skills enable you to present complex topics in easily understandable termsYou are business fluent in German and English, other European languages are a plusYou are willing to travel across the DACH region (approximately 1-2 days per week)About usWe are one of the leading solution providers of Software as a Service in the European EHSQ and ESG market.
