Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
- Monitor prices and new product launches regularly
- Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales
- Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
- Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters
- Attend to customer complaints on products and services
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Follow-up on outstanding dues of customers, provide information on outstanding dues and coordinate with the finance department

Qualifications:
- Diploma / postgraduate or degree in sales management

Experience:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Preferably from software / IT industry
