As a Sales Account Manager, your role is to further improve AMT-Sybex’s market position and contribute to the success of our growing business. You’ll be responsible for building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions in order to support the achievement of our strategic goals. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to develop sales opportunities into successful customer engagements. You will be responsible for identifying potential new customers, presenting our value proposition to them, ultimately converting them into clients, and continue to grow business with them in the future. You will also manage a number of existing clients, increasing the contribution of AMT-Sybex solutions to their business goals and ensuring they receive a high standard of service in order to achieve agreed outcomes.
