As a Public Sector Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology and increase adoption and market segment presence of the AWS Public Sector business.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales / account management and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the executive level. The candidate should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan.

A day in the life
There is no single 'day in the life' of an enterprise account manager in Central Government. You will be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of customers at different levels of cloud maturity and with different problems. It is a dynamic and fast pacing environment, which means no two days will be the same!
· Extensive experience providing technology solutions and managing Enterprise-level Public Sector accounts
· Substantial technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience
· Direct field experience in working UK Public Sector, specifically Central Government.
· MBA qualification is a plus.
· A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
