Responsible for the account management, analysis, creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for our dealer clients on a monthly timeline based on the dealer business plan and voice in the market. Additional responsibilities include identifying and creating market segments, creating and editing accurate templates across mediums (could include email, text, Facebook/Instagram, etc.), reporting and analysis of past marketing efforts, and planning for future campaigns while ensuring proper timelines are met. Should promote a positive client relationship and interface with inter-departmental representatives to review strategic plans.
Responsibilities:
Using internal tools, analyze dealerships’ customer data, inventory and other marketing opportunities.
Contact dealers proactively to review results, discuss marketing strategy, and gain approval of recommendations.
Utilizing internal tools and work with other team members to create, launch, manage and measure marketing campaigns.
Review and analyze monthly results.
Provide feedback and results to dealer customers and assemble performance statistics for internal and external review.
Have an analytical mindset, use an “if then†process to build decision trees to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $55,080 – 77,010. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.
Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
BS/BA in related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
Generally 5 years of experience in related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Analytic, communication and organizational skills
Pro-active thinker with ability to absorb high amounts of detail
Marketing program experience, including evaluating and utilizing digital marketing and/or CRM systems
Knowledge of sales and marketing campaigns, customer segmentation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Automotive experience a plus but not required
