Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall set business KPIs and Sales targets to achieve Annual/ Monthly/ Weekly revenue drive to increase channel profitability.
  • Developing productive long term relationships with customers/ channel partners.
  • Identify new channels for increasing penetration in the market.
  • Execute special promotional campaigns to drive channel profitability.
  • Ensure Brand Visibility and Sales Promotional Material availability, & display material at all business partner locations and their respective channel outlets.
  • Coordinate with respective Regional/District Management to drive the respective channel to achieve assigned KPI’s
  • Responsible to evaluate and monitor channel performance of respective business/partners and at outlet level to achieve established monthly/weekly targets.
  • Conduct review meetings to evaluate sales performance,.
  • Ensure adequate stocks are available at channel partner / outlet level.
  • Responsible to communicate approved channel communication material to respective Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible carry out training modules for business partner managed staff for product/ system knowledge enhancements.
  • Ensure resolutions are provided for customer’s and trade issues, complaints and operational matters.
  • Responsible to build and manage excellent relationships with all external trade business accounts.
  • Ensuring all activities and processes protect the interest of the company, customers and agents to transact and perform professionally.
  • Ensure periodic audits are carried out, understand and capture possible operational gaps, processes are consistently monitored, and suggest improvements.

The Person

  • Degree in Business Management/ Sales/ Marketing or relevant professional qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in key account management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • A self – starter with good interpersonal skills
  • Should possess a valid driving license
  • Candidate must be willing to work in outstation areas
