The candidate will have ;
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with social media platforms and trends
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Completed a degree program or currently enrolled in a degree program/qualification
Responsibilities include ;
Work with an Account Manager to refine social media strategy and best practices including;
Assist in managing social media channels for clients
Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
Ensure proper messaging is being executed online
Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed
Key Skills;
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Good ability to manage details
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
