Your Daily Activities Will Include:

  • Support the Account Management team in driving and implementing the TS TM MS & ASOS brands Wholesale Strategy.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Wholesale partners.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal brand teams.

  • Manage the sample photography process and uploading of new lines onto the Wholesale selling system.

  • Prepare product for Wholesale selling process using NuOrder.

  • Assist with managing the collation of all partner orders submitted. Ensuring the wholesale selling system and relevant reports are updated with Wholesale Merchandising support.

  • Active involvement in the Order Book process and management of partner commitment alongside Assistant Account Manager and Wholesale Merchandising team.

  • Day-to-day Partner management.

  • Regular interaction with internal brand teams for visibility on current orders and future product to be sold to partners. Gaining further understanding of product lifecycle and critical path.

  • Support with visual report of bestsellers.

  • Support in collation of marketing samples and digital assets as per partner requests.

  • Awareness of partner strategies and best sellers. Compiling regular comp shops and helping to identify any risks and opportunities.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage their own workload and communicate confidently and openly with others
