# 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 :

【~】- Monthly Accounts related Prepayments/Accruals/Recurring JE

posting.

【~】- Maintain Gift Voucher Stock with Bin Cards and Monthly

clearing in Accounts.

【~】- Daily Sales Report Preparation

【~】- Assist Accountant in managing Internal and External Audits

【~】- Conduct Monthly & Surprise Cash Audits at Stores.

【~】- Coordinate with the designated team member to finalize the

VAT Schedules.

【~】- Arrange all documents relating to supplier payments & make

sure documents are ready for processing on time (before

entering to the sage system, all other supporting documents

such as approved PO from SIGMA / Stores signed GRV /Claim

Note/ valid invoice should be obtained.

【~】- Match the documents and accuracy of rates, VAT/NBT

calculations etc.

【~】- Arrange payments as per credit terms for allocated Suppliers.

【~】- Maintain all open invoices (unsettled invoices in alphabetical

order) to pay on due date.

【~】- Attend all supplier inquiries.

【~】- Follow up of supplier invoices with various departments if

original invoices not received to release the payment.

# 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

【~】- Minimum 2 years of experience in payments, receivables, bank

and treasury matters. Hands on experience on VAT schedule

preparation, RAMIS will be an advantage.

【~】- Degree from a University/ AAT/ CASL/ ACCA completed or Part

completed/ Part Qualified.

【~】- Working knowledge in both oral and written to compliment the

effectiveness of the job role.

【~】- Effective Communication.

【~】- Good in Microsoft Office packages.
