Account Executive, Services Sales

Selling focus will be on developing new accounts and driving expansion across existing accounts with responsibility to sell Dell Technologies transformational solutions for Workforce and Datacenter for Hybrid multi-cloud solutions.  This position will be for Enterprise accounts in the Philadelphia, PA territory focusing on multiple verticals.  Will develop relationships with our customers to generate meaningful sales around our ground-breaking portfolio of solutions to sell outcomes to satisfy our customer’s needs.

What you’ll achieve

As an Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements

  • Manage territory/accounts, account planning, sales forecasting and work with cross-functions and virtual teams to ensure alignment

  • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities

  • Provide sales leadership and experience

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience selling technology solutions the client and datacenter

  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills

  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems

  • Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
