Responsibilities
Maintaining and developing clients
Responsible for leading client relationships, maintaining and developing them to maximise income and profit for the business.
- Responsible for overseeing day to day running of number of accounts and will act as senior point of contact on any accounts with an income of up to £100K.
- Line management responsibility for senior account managers / account managers.
- Will work with CP to support with financial forecasting and planning / billing
- Proactively uses client relationships to identify and create opportunities for growth.
- Plays an active and strategic role in client objectives.
- Ensures client and project SLAs are met.
- Leads weekly client WIP meetings.
- Attends new business meetings as required.
- Acts as a strong inter-agency partner across projects involving other teams within the agency.
- Builds positive and enduring senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring we are a trusted partner with key decision makers.
- Understands clients’ organisational goals and challenges and uses knowledge of client landscape to lead the client strategy to achieve objectives and ROI.
- Takes active role in clients’ own objectives considering wider input of ThirtyThree in helping to achieve these.
- In conjunction with Client Partner, create client development plans to identify and convert opportunities for upselling ThirtyThree’s services to maximise income and profit.
- Able to secure and allocate necessary resource to deliver against client requirements.
- Retaining clients through seeking feedback, informally and formally, taking steps to ensure service improvement where necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date expert knowledge of ThirtyThree’s services, particularly in rapidly evolving areas such as B&I, Digital and Social, to enable any solution to be fully rounded and as commercial as possible.
- Developing strong relationships with specialist teams across the agency to enhance positive internal working practices.
- Keeping up-to-date expert knowledge of wider industry trends affecting clients, and competitor information to improve ThirtyThree’s service offering.
- Where appropriate, proactively generating new relationships within the client organisation.
- Able to delegate effectively enough to secure time to explore further opportunities outside of specific projects.
