Manager/Director, Product Management-Brokerage Chapter

We may be hiring at a Manager or Director level depending upon the experience of the chosen candidate.
Preferred locations for this position are Westlake TX, Smithfield RI, Merrimack NH.
The Team
The Brokerage Chapter works within PI in the Independent Investor Domain. Our mission is to improve and maintain the existing Brokerage Trading Experience of PI Customers including providing outstanding digital experience (Mobile, Fid.com, Active Trader Pro), investment tools, brokerage operational support and other services to clients who are independent investors.
You will be part of on an agile inter-disciplinary team (e.g., product development, analytics, communications, marketing, experience developers, etc.) within the Personal Investing business at Fidelity.
Your Role
Your role within the Brokerage Operations and Capabilities Product Area will be to lead the data analysis and validation of existing API Services offered. You will be leveraging your influencing skills and data knowledge to work across the existing 20 stakeholders, both within Independent Investing Domain, as well as Brokerage Technology teams, to analyze and validate data fields currently being used, as well as leveraging analytical skills to identifying and sourcing new data requirements. You will work closely with the technology developers to review code and turn into API.
You will partner with development teams as well as other teams who own client experiences on requirements, testing, and implementation of solutions throughout the development lifecycle. You will lead and conduct business analyses in order to formulate and make recommendations. You will identify and define solutions to business problems, through creation and documentation of business and process specifications. This position requires an ambitious thinker and collaborator who demonstrates analytical thinking, a passion for data, active listening, and champions continuous improvement.
The Expertise You Have
The ideal candidate has 5 years of proven experience in Financial Services
Demonstrated knowledge of business analyst techniques, for example: benchmarking, business rules analysis, and user stories, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Agile mentality: experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
Background in brokerage, platform technology, stock and options trading, compliance, or risk management preferred
Product development and project management experience a plus
BA/BS required
Series 7, 63 preferred
