The Role

Work with a collaborative, hardworking and highly engaged team leading the creation and delivery of relevant and timely messages through the Fidelity mobile app and text messaging/SMS. Deepen relationships with millions of our customers by developing strategies to support cross channel digital marketing and service campaigns. Use customer insights, testing and learning to enhance our communications and deliver a more robust digital experience that drive business results and improve customer experience!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Experience leading and delivering marketing and service messages – partnering with business partners on requirements, audience segmentation and executing digital campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and adaptable to change. Strong Project Management skills required

Mobile/Digital marketing background preferred.

Experience with quality assurance and reviewing/approving work campaigns prior to deployment to assure accuracy.

Strong attention to detail

Experience working in agile/scrum, writing stories, prioritizing, and participating in agile ceremonies preferred

Comfortable working with marketing technology and technologists to build and launch new capabilities and to test and deploy communications

Strong social skills, including the ability to work across the organization and communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively with partners.

Experience using customer data and A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of communications and the messages driving the best result

Background working in a regulated industry preferred but not required

The Team

As part of the Personal Investing (PI) Marketing organization and a member of the Marketing Channels team you will develop marketing and customer service communication strategy to inform customers of new products, answer questions, provide education and address customer service friction points. We have a steadfast dedication to our clients and see our marketing/communications as the entry point for clients with Fidelity. We pride ourselves on using client insights to ensure we are sending valuable messages that improve their experience with Fidelity and help them to reach their financial goals! In this role you will work with teams across Fidelity developing new products/services as well as teams leading existing products to help them develop and iterate their messaging strategy. You will also work with customer segment, creative, customer insights, other channel teams, and marketing technology to deliver a fully integrated customer communication experience on our digital platforms (mobile app, email, Fidelity.com etc.).
