Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Freezer forklift qualified.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
• Knowledge of GMP’s
• Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
• Ability to distinguish normal/abnormal
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history.
• A self-motivated individual that can multi-task and lead others.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Position Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Freezer forklift qualified
• FIFO compliance
• Trailer inspection compliance
• Schedule outbound appointments in sap
• Partial pallet consumption
• Conduct film pull strength on wrappers
• Create and develop OPL’s
• Assist with OTM
• Create the Cooispi report for the following day
• Back up inbound/outbound clerks and assist with daily huddles/DDS meetings
• Onboarding new hires
• Complete CSD validations and support ASAP teams
• Optimize the dock crew and Investigate shortage reports
• Complete asset audits, allergen audits, and 5S audits
• Perform forklift license renewals.
• Daily production reconciliation.
• Monitor all areas for unscanned pallets each day.
• Create and support penalty boxes and work with operations to close gaps.
