An integral member of the Costa Supply Chain team the 3PL Account Manager will be responsible for management of the day-to-day operational performance between Costa and their 3PL Logistics Providers.

A bit about the role...

Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations & Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be accountable for the contractual relationship & Operational Performance with our 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PL) and the management of all operational and financial key performance indicators.  You’ll also be responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives, plus you’ll be accountable for all Supply Chain communication between Costa and the relevant 3PL provider.

• Oversee OTB supplier performance and manage impact of production/operational issues
• Financial performance and budget delivery via management of discretionary operational spend (i.e. route changes, partner specific/geographical delivery requirements)
• Manage seasonal ‘peak’ planning with 3PL ensuring effective resource plans and route/cycle amendments are in place
• Manage 3PL Customer Service performance and identify opportunities to reduce incoming call traffic
• Reduce store driven delivery failures by identifying route cause and coaching stores on fridge management
• Accountable for all Supply Chain communication between Costa and the relevant 3PL provider
