 As Assistant Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support for solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.

 As a Assist Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy
• Leading and assisting in daily operations within multiple support groups and departments around the facility.
• Developing, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production plans and coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
• Developing and implementing process controls
• Communicating with teams to provide feedback and updates on production statistics
• Supporting Operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources for multiple departments.
• Discussing with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working
• Communicating across direct organization such as Sourcing, Technical team, Shipping, etc
• Presenting to leaders and cross functional teams

 To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and demonstrate solid experience within a similar role
• Have experience leading a diverse workforce  by coaching and mentoring a team
• Manage time effectively, be well organized with an ability to assess and prioritize multiple production units
• Need to be a proactive self-starter with ability to forecast delays and identify potential solutions
• Possess great commitment to safety and regulatory compliance

 This position will be a 2nd shift work pattern, starting at 2:00 PM and ending at 10:30 PM
