1. Be familiar with plant safety rules and guidelines, including usage guidelines for special sanitation chemicals used in cleaning and sanitizing duties.

2. Have a positive attitude, work well with a team, and have initiative in improving plant operations.

3. Must follow plant Personnel and Facility GMPs. This person will also have to learn how to properly document sanitation activities and sanitation tracking in LEDS.

4. Work effectively with other departments.

5. Maintain plant so that it is third party audit ready at all times.

6. Be able to follow written and verbal directions to complete task as assigned.

7. Ability to operate all sanitation equipment – including but not limited to high-pressure hoses, chemical foaming unit, titration testing equipment.

8. Obtain knowledge of all operations equipment in the area assigned.

9. Clean and sanitize production areas and lines as assigned per standard operating procedures.

10. Must have equipment clean and ready to run prior to next production shift. Must notify sanitation lead of any issues that may prevent time of completion.

11. Capable of learning and understanding verbal and written instruction.

12. Be able to bale cardboard.

13. Perform grounds keeping when assigned.

14. Provide operations with sanitation supplies as needed.

15. Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sanitation Lead or Sanitation Manager.
