We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, experienced, 2nd Line IT Engineer with an enhanced DBS, to join our client at their thriving IT support company based in Enfield.

This is a fantastic chance to demonstrate your knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, operating systems and core applications, as well as your problem solving and inter-personal skills.

Our client is looking for a highly organised, confident and polite individual with effective time management skills. You must have the ability to work proactively and be able to show good planning. Experience of Windows Desktop and Windows Server OS, including DHCP, DNS, Group Policy and Active Directory, as well as Google ChromeBooks and set up, iPad deployment and set up, would be advantageous along with any network switch and wireless setup experience.

You should have proven experience of working at this level and due to the nature of the work (field work - mileage paid), you will need your own transport and driving licence. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. Mobile phone, tools and work wear are provided.

As the 2nd Line IT Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

* Carrying out reactive and proactive maintenance tasks.

* Providing support to both our clients and our technicians on-site.

* Devising solutions to customers as part of the sales process.

* Liaising effectively with personnel from different teams within the company.
