Essential Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Report all equipment issues to supervisors, managers, and repair technicians.

• Operate all equipment safely and according to training as safety is paramount to the company’s success. At Udi’s Bakery we strive to be the best surrounding the safety of our employees.

• Affix labels to exact specifications and within the time given.
• Perform all assigned cleaning and preventative maintenance duties.
• Record/Log all packing/shipping data accurately and within the time given.
• Must be willing to submit to drug testing after any incident involving injury and/or equipment.
• Place product onto tray.
• Rack the product.
• Loads dough into machine/into vertical conveyor.
• Must be able to unload racks in a timely manner onto the conveyor.
• Pulls racks and place them into proof box.
• Must be able to fill out the proof box paperwork and keep it updated.
• Must be able to enter the racks information in to the MES.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Cleans sweeps and mops floors.
• Dispose of waste.
• Ability to adapt to change and high pressure situations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, repeatedly.
• Ensure all products to meet Udi’s Quality Standards.
• Comply with all Udi’s policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to adapt to change and high pressure situations.
• Adheres to all GMP’s.
• Follows Safety and HR protocols policies and procedures.
• Attend work as scheduled and be punctual.
• Honest throughout hiring and employment.
• Detail oriented.
• Aware of food safety risks and escalates found risks to lead/supervisor.
• Perform all tasks as assigned.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $16.55
